Letter from the President

Happy New Year! Congratulations to Bob & Sharon Hutchinson, 3519 Medford Road as our 1st Place winner in our Annual Christmas Decoration Contest. 2nd Place went to Jerry & Lisa Stoltenberg, 3712 Jericho Drive and 3rd to Ken & Mary Vega, 3524 Jericho Drive. (Only current members are eligible for prizes.) Thanks to everyone who decorated their houses. I think you will agree the neighborhood was beautiful!

We always appreciate hearing from our residents. Recently we received a wonderful letter from Vickie Overley , a longtime resident, who has been blessed by her caring neighbors next door, Ken & Shirley Rollins. Each quarter, a new feature article --"What I Love about Living in Howell Cove…" will appear in our newsletter, as well as online. We would love to hear from you! Our General Mail can be placed in the RED mail box at the front lighted Merivale entrance or sent to us via our website. You can email any of our board members with suggestions or ideas at any time. Our website is consistently updated with current information to help in your day to day activities and community resources. I'm honored to have been elected as the new President of your Howell Cove Homeowners' Association, and will work hard to promote the great neighborhood we live in. Remember, your Homeowners' Association Board Members are all volunteers, and we welcome help and input from Howell Cove residents.
